Semi Shoddy Vienna Lager

I tried my hand at Brulosophy’s “Short and Shoddy” brewing method. For this recipe, I went with a 30 minute mash and a 45 minute boil but I forgot to adjust my efficiency in BeerSmith. If you’re going to try Short and Shoddy brew days, then I recommend cutting your efficiency by about 15 percent for starters. This one was also fast-lagered.
