2018 NHC Munich Helles

This is my 2018 NHC Munich Helles entry. 2018 is my first year entering the competition, so my goal is to just get past the first round. My fingers are crossed! I’ve been enjoying the characeter of my Kölsch yeast strain, so I decided to pitch generation IV into this batch of Helles. Enjoy!
